These are a bunch of random scripts for when we have to call a recipient on behalf of a client. Chances are we never use them, but just in case we have to we have them on file here.

Requesting a Return

Good afternoon/ morning. Am I speaking with Mr./Mrs (last name).

Great! My name is (AGENT Name) I’m calling from Hexio on behalf of (Client Name) in regards to a package of orthotic braces that you either have or will be receiving. Have you received such package from us yet?
