Hi, Can I speak with (PT Name), My name is (Agent) calling from (DME Name) in regards to your delivery of orthotic braces. We see that your package of Orthotic Braces was delivered earlier. Have you had a chance to open it, and try anything on yet?
(IF THEY GOT SHOULDER BRACE L3960) Just so that you are aware, we did include a complimentary shoulder sling for you. A lot of our patients like using the shoulder sling when they go out to run errands, or visit with friends and family. It is easier to maneuver with. And when you are at home you can use the shoulder brace to immobilize your shoulder a little bit better.

- This product is covered through your insurance at no cost to you so returning is not necessary.
