Calling a patient when there is an issue.
Patient issues - General
Hi there, can I speak with (PT Name), My name is (AGENT Name) with (Company). I am calling because of (Issue).
- Doctor says they need to speak with the patient. (Conference call the doctor with the patient on the line. Then make the introduction.)
- Hi there, this (Agent) with (Company). Im calling in regards to (PT Name) for doctor (PCP). I have (PT Name) on the phone. They were seeking the orthotic brace, but we also informed them that you guys needed to speak with them first."
- Wrong Doctor information
- Doctor no longer working there
- Not their doctor
Then simply correct the issue.
